What You’ll Do:

• Identify and onboard new customers needing transportation and logistics solutions.
• Manage your client relationships, providing exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the North Plus team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Generate and maintain a book of business, focusing on building long-term customer partnerships.
• Work independently while leveraging North Plus’ network and operational expertise.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle documentation, data entry, and system updates accurately.
• Support a culture of care, reliability, and responsiveness in every interaction.
